【摘要】 目的 探讨内蒙古巴彦淖尔市农村中老年人入睡困难与骨关节炎的关系。方法 分别于2016年、2018年对巴彦淖尔市农村832名年满45周岁中老年人进行一对一访谈式问卷调查。采用多因素logistic回归，校正混杂因素，分析入睡困难与骨关节炎关系。结果 832名调查对象中，20.43%(170/832)检出入睡困难，28.73%(239/832)被县级及以上的医疗机构诊断为骨关节炎。入睡困难的人群与对照组相比患骨关节炎的风险增加47%[校正比值比（AOR）:1.47;95%置信区间（95%CI）:1.01～2.15]。结论 入睡困难是中老年人骨关节炎发生的危险因素，应采取措施促进农村中老年人的睡眠，减少骨关节炎的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between difficulty in falling asleep and osteoarthritis in rural middle-aged and elderly people in Bayannaoer City Inner Mongolia.Methods A one-to-one interview questionnaire was conducted among 832middle-aged and elderly people over 45 years old in rural Bayannaoer City in 2016 and 2018 respectively.Multivariate logistic regression was used to adjust for confounding factors to analyze the relationship between difficulty in falling asleep and osteoarthritis.Results Among the 832 respondents 20.43% 170/832 were found to have difficulty in falling asleep and 28.73% 239/832were diagnosed with osteoarthritis by medical institutions at or above the county level.People with difficulty in falling asleep had a47% increased risk of osteoarthritis compared with controls adjusted odds ratio 1.47 95% confidence interval 95%CI 1.01-2.15.Conclusion Difficulty in falling asleep is a risk factor for the occurrence of osteoarthritis in middle-aged and elderly people.Measures should be taken to promote sleep in rural middle-aged and elderly people and reduce the occurrence of osteoarthritis.更多还原
