【Abstract】 The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction for the development of the Party’s and the country’s educational and cultural undertakings in the new era, and provided a fundamental basis for them. It also shows that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the socialist orientation of running schools and the correct political orientation of colleges and universities. This paper puts forward that we should strengthen the mission of cultural education and strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese national community, political consciousness and service innovation on how university librarians serve the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents, shaping the new driving force.更多还原
