【摘要】 通过分析城市房屋数据的数据资源组成,讨论了多源、异构数据背景下房屋数据的集成策略与数据库建设技术,以广州市房屋数据库建设的实践为例,阐述了以标准地址为纽带,集成大比例尺地形图、不动产登记数据、住房管理业务数据的房屋数据库建设思路。实践表明基于多源集成的城市房屋数据库可以有效支撑业务互联互通、信息同步,为城市房屋数据集成与应用平台建设提供了借鉴与思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of urban housing data resources composition, we discussed the data fusion strategy and database construction technology of housing data based on multi-source and heterogeneous data. Taking the construction of Guangzhou housing database for example,we introduced a housing data integration method, which integrated large-scale topographic maps, real estate registration data and housing management special business data with standard addresses as links. Practices show that the urban housing database based on multi-source data integration can effectively support business interconnection and information synchronization, and provided references for urban housing data integration and application platform construction.更多还原
