一种水密铠装光缆的设计制造及其阻水工艺研究

【摘要】 介绍了一种具有柔软、抗侧压、防动物啃咬、耐腐蚀、耐磨损等特性的水密铠装光缆。阐述了光缆的结构设计与制造工艺,研究了3种不同类型(样品A、样品B、样品C)阻水填充膏的材料特性及填充工艺,测试了光缆纵向水密及传输、机械、环境等性能。结果表明,样品A、样品C两种类型的阻水填充膏采用阻水膏自动填充工艺,保证了光缆耐4.5 MPa的纵向水密性能,光缆传输、机械、环境等性能满足GJB 1428B—2009要求,可为今后水密铠装光缆的设计制造及阻水工艺提供参考。

【Abstract】 A water-tight armored optical cable was introduced, which has the characteristics of softness, anti-side pressure, anti-biting, anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion. The structure design and manufacturing process of water-tight armored optical cable were introduced. The material properties and filling process of three different types(A,B,C) water-blocking filling pastes were studied.And the performances of water tightness and transmission, mechanical, environmental were tested. The results show that the selection of two types(A,C)and the automatic filling process of water-blocking paste ensure the longitudinal water tightness of the optical cable under 4.5 MPa, and the transmission, mechanical, environmental meet the requirements of GJB 1428 B—2009, which can provide a reference for the design, manufacture and water-blocking process of water-tight armored optical cable in the future.
