低温互联柔性线的研制

【摘要】 为实现室温与低温系统之间的跨温区互联,自主设计并研制了一款低漏热的可适用于液氦温区及跨温区互联的柔性线。低温4.2 K时,数据传输速率≥19 Gbps, 40 K至4.2 K温区内30 cm长柔性线漏热值为102μW,漏热性能优于商用同类线缆。多通道柔性线成功应用于32像素超导纳米线单光子探测器系统,可实现低温同轴线缆的替代。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the interconnection across temperature zones between room temperature and cryogenic systems, we have designed and developed flexible cables with low heat loss that can be applied in the liquid helium temperature region and interconnection across temperature zones. The data transmission rate is greater than 19 Gbps at 4.2 K and the heat loss of a single-channel flexible cable with length of 30 cm is 102 μW, which is better than that of the commercially available cables in terms of heat loss performance. Multi-channel flexible cables are successfully applied to 32-pixel superconducting nanowire single-photon detector system. The flexible cables can realize the replacement of the cryogenic coaxial cables.
