热质式流量计与孔板流量计的节能比较
Comparison of Energy Saving between Thermal Mass Flowmeter and Orifice Flowmeter
【摘要】 对热质式流量计与孔板流量计在性能等方面进行了综合比较,并对两者在能耗方面的性能做了详细的分析,可以看出热质式流量计在大口径、大流量、高流速、大压差或小流量、高精度的使用现场能获得较好的效果,同时热质式流量装置较好的节能特性使其与孔板流量计量装置相比更具有应用优势。
【Abstract】 The performance of the thermal mass flowmeter and the orifice flowmeter is comprehensively compared. At the same time,an exhaustive analysis is made on the energy consumption,which draws conclusions that the thermal mass flowmeter has a better effect on large diameter,large flow,high flow rate,large differential pressure or small flow,high precision system,and the thermal mass flowmeter device has a better energy saving effect,which makes it have more application advantages than orifice flowmeter.
