西藏高原制供氧发展现状存在问题及未来发展思考
Current Situation,Existing Problems and Future Development of Oxygen Production and Supply on the Tibetan Plateau
【摘要】 西藏高原平均海拔4000 m以上,高原缺氧环境对西藏人民的身体健康造成了严重的伤害。为了改善西藏人居环境,提高西藏人民的健康生活水平,西藏自治区政府正在大力发展制供氧产业,实施供氧工程。在供氧工程的带动下,在西藏自治区政府的推动下,西藏制供氧产业也得到了较快的发展,制供氧技术水平有了一定提高。但目前西藏制供氧仍然存在很多问题,这些问题阻碍了西藏制供氧的健康发展,亟需解决。从西藏高原制氧技术、供氧技术、供氧工程、制供氧产业四个方面全面阐述了当前西藏高原制供氧发展现状,对西藏高原制供氧当前所存在的问题进行了分析总结,同时提出了解决问题的对策及发展建议,并对西藏制供氧的未来发展进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The average altitude of the Tibetan Plateau is more than 4000 m above sea level. The oxygen-deficient environment of the plateau has caused serious harm to the health of the Tibetan people. In order to improve the living environment in Tibet and the healthy living standards of the Tibetan people,the government of the Tibet Autonomous Region is vigorously developing the oxygen production and supply industry and implementing oxygen supply projects. Driven by the oxygen supply project and promoted by the government of the Tibet Autonomous Region,the oxygen production and supply industry in Tibet has also developed rapidly,and the oxygen production and supply technology has been improved to some extent.However,there are still many problems in the production and supply of oxygen in Tibet,which hinder the healthy development of the production and supply of oxygen in Tibet and need to be solved urgently. In this paper,from the Tibetan plateau oxygen production technology,oxygen supply technology,oxygen supply project,oxygen production and supply industry four aspects,comprehensive expounds the current situation of the development of oxygen production and supply on the Tibetan plateau. At the same time,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of oxygen production and supply in Tibet Plateau,and puts forward the countermeasures and development suggestions to solve the problems. Finally,the future development of oxygen production and supply in Tibet is prospected.
