RSV乙烷回收工艺中苯结冰与解冻研究
Study on formation and meltage of benzene solids in RSV ethane recovery
【摘要】 以新疆某气田站场RSV工艺为案例,基于HYSYS软件建立乙烷回收模拟仿真模型,分别研究工艺中易发生苯结冰的位置、影响苯结冰的因素以及结冰后的解冻措施。结果表明RSV工艺中极易析出苯固体的位置主要有3处,包括冷箱、低温分离器液相节流阀出口端以及脱甲烷塔。脱甲烷塔塔顶压力和低温分离器温度是影响RSV工艺苯结冰的最敏感的因素。另外,原料气中苯含量不同,RSV工艺中析出苯固体的位置也有所不同,与之对应的解冻措施也不同,可通过短暂改变塔压、低温分离器温度、干气回流比以及低温分离器气相分流比等措施来控制苯结冰。本工艺条件下,当苯含量高于0.265%时,无法再通过调整参数改善RSV工艺苯结冰现象,此时需要对原料气进行脱苯处理。
【Abstract】 Taking the RSV process of a gas field station in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China as an example, a simulation model of ethane recovery is established based on HYSYS software to study the location where benzene is easy to freeze,the factors affecting benzene freezing and the thawing measures after freezing. The results show that there are three locations in the RSV process where benzene solids are easy to precipitate,including the cold box,the outlet end of the liquid-phase throttle valve of the low-temperature separator and the demethanizer. The top pressure of demethanizer and the temperature of low temperature separator are the most sensitive factors affecting benzene icing in RSV process. In addition,with different benzene content in the feed gas,the positions of benzene solids separated out in the RSV process are also different,and the corresponding thawing measures are also different. The freezing of benzene can be controlled by briefly changing the tower pressure,the temperature of the low-temperature separator,the dry gas reflux ratio and the gas-phase diversion ratio of the low-temperature separator. Under the condition of this process,when the benzene content is higher than 0. 265%,the freezing phenomenon of benzene in RSV process can no longer be improved by adjusting parameters. At this time,the feed gas needs to be debenzylated.
