小长径比脉冲管制冷机重力影响的实验研究

【摘要】 为了进一步探究重力对于小长径比脉冲管制冷机地面测试的影响,搭建了重力特性研究试验台,测试了不同输入功率下各角度的制冷机性能。实验结果表明,制冷机在角度为135°—150°时制冷能力最差。随着输入功率的增加,角度变化对于脉冲管制冷机的影响变小,相同角度下温度、输入功率和电流的波动值变小。

【Abstract】 In order to further explore the influence of gravity on the ground test of pulse tube refrigerator with small aspect ratio, a gravity characteristic research test-bed was built to test the refrigerator performance at different angles under different input power. The experimental results show that the refrigeration capacity of the refrigerator is the worst when the angle is 135 °-150 °.With the increase of input power, the influence of angle change on pulse tube refrigerator becomes smaller, and the fluctuations of temperature fluctuation, input power and current become smaller at the same angle.
