城市轨道交通站点周边用地功能差异及组织模式——以长春市轻轨3号线为例

【摘要】 以长春市轻轨3号线为例,采用区位熵分析、缓冲区分析等方法,基于站点周围1 000m范围内不同用地功能要素POI数据、土地利用数据,进行轨道交通站点类型划分与空间特征挖掘,探讨城市轨道交通沿线用地功能组织模式。结果表明:长春市轻轨3号线站点可分为单一功能型和混合功能型两大类,不同混合类型站点影响范围内功能要素的数量规模特征、要素专业化程度表现以及混合开发程度不同;商业综合型、交通换乘型站点周围用地功能组织模式为"单核单极轴",商住混合型站点为"双核单极轴"模式,公共服务型以及公共混合型站点多为"双核多极轴"模式。

【Abstract】 In this study, we conducted empirical research on the Changchun light rail Line 3. The study explores the impact of urban rail transit on the spatial distribution of land around stations and the differences in land use functions. In addition, it summarizes the land use function organization modes around different types of stations, and guides the benign interaction between urban land use and rail transit. Location entropy analysis and spatial analysis methods were used with the point of interest(POI) data and land use status data of different land use types within 1,000 m of each station. The rail transit station types were divided, the surrounding land use function differences were analyzed, and the land use function organization model was abstracted. The results show that the stations on Changchun rail transit Line 3 can be classified into two categories:single function type and mixed function type. The quantity and scale characteristics, specialization degree, and mixed development degree of functional elements vary within the influence range of different mixed stations. The function organization mode of land use around the commercial comprehensive and traffic transfer stations is of “single core with unipolar axis”, the commercial residential mixed stations are of “dual core with unipolar axis, ” and the public service and public mixed stations are of “dual core with multi-polar axis.”
