砂级配对同步注浆浆材性能的影响研究
THE INFLUENCE OF SAND GRADATION ON SYNCHRONOUS GROUTING SLURRY PERFORMANCE
【摘要】 为了探究砂级配对注浆浆材性能的影响规律,开展6种不同砂级配的注浆浆材新拌性能试验。综合考虑一定细度模数范围内的外加剂优化掺量,提出了整套浆材性能优化方法,并分析了砂级配对浆液扩散的影响规律。研究得出浆材砂级配在0.8~2.6区间内增大能显著提高浆液的流动扩展度和稠度,并降低浆材密度;此时初凝时间在2~5h,终凝时间增大接近至16h;浆液的扩散距离也逐渐由70cm提高至275cm,随级配增大呈凹曲线增长。砂级配在1.2~1.8范围内时,掺加外加剂优化后的浆材可较好地符合注浆要求。试验结果为注浆工程浆材配比优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 To investigate the influence of sand gradation on the performance of grouting slurry, six kinds of fresh mixing performance tests of grouting slurry with different sand gradations were carried out. Considering the optimal dosage of admixture within a certain fineness modulus range, a set of slurry performance optimization methods were proposed, and the influence law of sand gradation on slurry diffusion was analyzed. The results show that the increase of slurry sand gradation in the range of 0.8-2.6 significantly improves the flow expansion and consistency of slurry with reducing the density of slurry, in which the initial setting time is 2~5h, and the final setting time increases to nearly 16h. The diffusion distance of slurry gradually increased from 70cm to 275cm, and it increased with the increase of gradation in a concave curve. When the sand gradation is in the range of 1.2~1.8, the slurry optimized by adding additives meet the grouting requirements. The paper may provide a reference for the optimization of slurry material ratio in grouting engineerings.
