基于半实物仿真的电机控制实验平台设计
Design of Motor Control Experiment Platform Based on Semi-Physical Simulation
【摘要】 异步电机控制是本科教学中的重要内容。传统DSP电机控制实验程序复杂,而采用DSPACE的半实物仿真造价昂贵。本文设计了将原有纯软件连续系统仿真改进为DSP控制器所支持的离散化控制算法模型,可以实现从Simulink模型到控制器实时硬件代码的自动下载,完成上位机与控制器的数据交互,基于GUI环境可实时对电机运行状态和参数波形在线观测并发送控制指令。本文对异步电机控制的教学有一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 The control of asynchronous motor is an important content in undergraduate teaching. The traditional DSP motor control experiment program is complicated,and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation using DSPACE is expensive. This paper designs the improvement of the original pure software continuous system simulation to the discrete control algorithm model supported by the DSP controller,which can realize the automatic download from the Simulink model to the controller real-time hardware code,and complete the data interaction between the host computer and the controller. Based on the GUI environment,it can observe the motor running status and parameter waveform online in real time and send control commands. This article has a certain guiding effect on the teaching of asynchronous motor control.
