【摘要】 湖南化工职业技术学院项目团队近年通过承担湖南省“送培到校”国家培训项目，带帮了一批中高职院校教师不断更新教育教学理念，提升教学能力，提高教学质量，取得良好的效果。“送培到校、精准培训”是突出对象精准、内容精准和方式精准，与受培学校共同制定培训方案，精准落实实施方案，帮助教师解决在实际教学过程中遇到的突出问题，促进学校教育教学改革，提高教师参加教育教学改革的热情。对项目实施情况从参培人员数量变化、优秀教师的培训效果以及受培学校的反馈等方面进行分析，受培中职院校不管是教师个体还是整体层面其教学能力都有明显提升。更多还原
