基于传递特性相对熵的风力发电机结构损伤识别

【摘要】 风力发电机塔筒法兰螺栓受损时,振动信号的传递特性会发生变化。计算不同测点之间振动信号的传递率函数,以表达损伤对传递特性的影响。引入相对熵计算传递率的分布差异,实现损伤定位及损伤程度识别。实验结果表明,所提方法能有效定位风力发电机塔筒法兰螺栓损伤、区分损伤程度,具有良好的工程应用前景。

【Abstract】 When the wind turbine tower flange bolt is damaged, the transmission characteristics of the vibration signal will change. The transfer rate function of vibration signals between different measuring points is calculated to express the effect of damage on transfer characteristics. The relative entropy is introduced to calculate the distribution difference of the transmissibility to realize damage location and damage degree identification. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively locate the damage of wind turbine tower flange bolts and distinguish the damage degree, which has a good prospect of engineering application.
