一种桥臂复用型功率变换器的优化设计研究
Research on the Optimal Design of a Bridge-arm Multiplexing Power Converter
【摘要】 针对一种移相全桥与LLC相结合的桥臂复用型功率变换器,研究了优化其软开关效果的设计方法。所提出的方法可以让变换器工作在固定开关频率,并利用开关管复用实现主开关管的全范围零电压开通(ZVS)。此外,该方法通过LLC与移相全桥相结合的方式,在高效率输出与宽范围增益调节等需求之间取得了较好的折中。在详细分析了桥臂复用型功率变换器改善移相全桥滞后桥臂软开关状态的工作原理的基础上,通过一台24~48 V输入、24 V/5 A(120 W)输出的实验样机,对理论分析的正确性进行了验证。
【Abstract】 A design method to optimize the soft-switching effect of a bridge-arm multiplexing power converter combining a phase-shifted full-bridge and LLC is studied.The proposed method can make the converter work at a fixed switching frequency,and use switch multiplexing to better realize the full-range zero voltage switch(ZVS).In addition,this method achieves a good compromise between the requirements of high-efficiency output and wide-range gain adjustment through the combination of LLC and phase-shifted full-bridge.Based on the detailed analysis of the working principle of the bridge-arm multiplexing power converter to improve the soft switching state of the phase-shifted fullbridge lagging arm,through an experimental prototype with 24~48 V input and 24 V/5 A(120 W) output,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified.
