大功率LD电源高稳定电流控制技术研究
Research on High Stable Current Control Technology for High Power LD Power Supply
【摘要】 针对大功率半导体激光器(LD)驱动电源输出电流低纹波和高稳定性的要求,提出了一种基于前馈的输入电压自适应控制方法。首先建立了交错并联低纹波设计准则,然后分析了纹波叠加和相数、占空比的关系,进而提出了零纹波电流自适应电压控制方法。针对自适应电压下输入电压扰动,提出了大信号模型下的前馈控制。最后通过仿真和实验证明所提控制方法在实现零纹波以及高稳定性方面,相比传统控制方法具有更低的电流纹波和更好的电流稳定性。
【Abstract】 To meet the requirements of low ripple and high stability of the output current of the driving power of high power semiconductor laser device(LD),an adaptive input voltage control method based on feedforward is proposed.Firstly,the design criterion of interleave parallel low ripple is established,then the relationship among ripple superposition,phase number and duty ratio is analyzed,and then the zero current ripple adaptive voltage control method is proposed.For the input voltage disturbance under adaptive voltage,a feedforward control based on large signal model is proposed.Finally,the simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control method has lower current ripple and better current stability than traditional control methods in achieving zero ripple and high stability.
