一种子模块高频链互联的MMC电容优化方案
An MMC Capacitance Optimization Scheme of High Frequency Link Interconnection of Sub-modules
【摘要】 为降低模块化多电平换流器(MMC)对子模块(SM)容值的需求,提出一种改进MMC(I-MMC)拓扑。上、下桥臂对应SM通过同步控制的高频链互联,使互联SM电容之间呈现开关电容特性,实现波动功率在两个SM电容之间传递,进而消除与相位相反的基频与3倍频波动分量。对I-MMC的电容约束进行分析,并对系统体积和成本进行评估。实验结果验证了所提拓扑方案的有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the capacitance size of the sub-module(SM) in modular multilevel converter(MMC),an improved MMC(I-MMC) topology is proposed.A pair of SMs of the upper and lower arms are interconnected through a high frequency link with synchronous control,so that the interconnected SM capacitors can show switched capacitors characteristic,and the fluctuating power can flow between the two SM capacitors freely,thereby eliminating the fundamental and 3 times frequency fluctuation component with opposite phases.The capacitance constraint of I-MMC is analyzed,and the system volume and cost are evaluated.The experimental results verify the validity of the proposed topology scheme.
