基于目标规划法的配电台区无功电压优化

【摘要】 近年来,大量分布式电源和新型负荷的接入,给低压配电网的电压控制和网损管理带来了不利影响。为解决上述问题,提出一种基于目标规划法的配电台区无功电压优化方法。该方法首先设计用户最高电压、最低电压和网损率的目标值,然后以极小化最高电压、最低电压与目标值的偏差之和为优先目标,以极小化网损率与目标值的偏差为次要目标建立无功电压优化模型,最后,采用粒子群算法对该模型进行求解。仿真结果表明:采用本文所提方法,能按照建立的优先结构先尽可能将电压控制在目标范围之内,然后再极小化网损率。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the access of a large number of distributed power sources and new types of loads has brought adverse effects on the voltage control and network loss management of low-voltage distribution networks. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,a kind of reactive power voltage optimization method based on goal programming planning is proposed. This method first designs the user’s target values of the highest voltage and lowest voltage as well as network loss rate,then minimizes the sum of deviation of the highest voltage,lowest voltage and the target value as the priority target,and minimizes the deviation of network loss rate and the target value as the secondary target so to set up optimization model of reactive power voltage. Finally,the particle swarm algorithm is adopted to solve the model. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can control the voltage within the target range as much as possible in accordance with the established priority structure,and then minimize the network loss rate.
