【摘要】 目的:探讨耳背放血配合耳穴压丸疗法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效，以及对患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月于我院就诊的符合带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床诊断标准的患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各120例。对照组患者予以口服洛芬待因缓释片、甲钴胺片治疗，研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加以耳背放血配合耳穴压丸疗法，两组患者均持续治疗30 d。观察两组患者治疗后血清CRP、IgG、IgM水平的变化，以及简化麦吉尔疼痛问卷表(SF-MPQ)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分的变化。比较两组患者不良反应发生率。结果:两组患者治疗后SF-MPQ量表中PRI、VAS、PPI评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05)，且研究组降低更明显(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后PSQI评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05)，且研究组患者PSQI各维度评分和总分降低均较对照组更明显(P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清CRP、IgG、IgM水平较治疗前均降低(P <0.05)，且研究组降低较对照组更明显(P <0.05)。治疗后研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组(77.50%)(P <0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳背放血配合耳穴压丸疗法能降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者血清CRP、IgG、IgM水平，缓解患者疼痛，改善睡眠质量，提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of auricle bloodletting combined with auricular points plaster therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,and its effects on serum C-reactive protein( CRP),immunoglobulin G( IgG) and immunoglobulin M( IgM)levels. Methods: Patients who met the clinical diagnostic criteria of postherpetic neuralgia in our hospital from January 2019 to January2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 120 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with oral compound codeine phosphate and ibuprofen sustained release tablets and mecobalamin tablets,while patients in the study group were treated with auricle bloodletting combined with auricular points plaster therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 30 d. The changes of serum CRP,Ig G,Ig M levels,and the changes of SF-MPQ scale scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index( PSQI) scores of patients in the two groups after the treatment were observed. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment,the PRI,VAS and PPI scores in SF-MPQ scale of the two groups of patients decreased compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the decrease was more obvious in the study group( P <0. 05). After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05),and the PSQI scores in different dimensions and the total PSQI scores in the study group were all lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the serum CRP,IgG and IgM levels of the two groups of patients all decreased compared with those before treatment( P <0. 05),and the decrease in the study group was more obvious than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).
