一种磁链重构的双三相PMSM分布参数建模方法
Distributed parameter modeling method for dual three-phase PMSM based on flux linkage reconstruction
【摘要】 基于传统集中参数建立数学模型的双三相永磁同步电机(PMSM),实际运行受气隙磁场非正弦、磁饱和等非线性因素影响的空间谐波特性难以进行准确描述,提出一种基于磁链重构的双三相PMSM分布参数建模方法。首先利用有限元数值分析(FEA)获得电机的磁链数值解。根据磁链的周期性特性,利用傅里叶级数展开及多项式拟合获得磁链的解析模型并得到基于分布参数的电压方程和电磁转矩模型。在不同工况下对比了分布参数电机模型与FEA模型的仿真结果,证明分布参数模型对电机转矩、磁链谐波特性描述的有效性。在此基础上,建立了基于分布参数模型的双三相PMSM的离线仿真系统并进行了台架实验,实验结果表明,分布参数模型能有效地对双三相PMSM空间谐波特性进行表征。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that in the traditional mathematical model based on lumped parameters it is difficult to accurately describe the spatial harmonic characteristics of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) affected by non-sinusoidal air-gap magnetic field, magnetic saturation and other nonlinear factors in actual operation, a dual three-phase PMSM distributed parameter modeling method based on flux linkage reconstruction was proposed. Firstly, the numerical solution of flux linkage was obtained by FEA. According to the periodic characteristics of flux linkage, the analytical model of flux linkage was obtained by Fourier series expansion and polynomial fitting, and the voltage equation and torque model based on distributed parameters were obtained. The simulation results of distributed parameter motor model and FEA were compared under different working conditions, which proves effectiveness of the model in describing the harmonic characteristics of torque and flux linkage. On this basis, an off-line simulation system of dual three-phase PMSM based on distributed parameter model was established and the experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the distributed parameter model can effectively characterize the spatial harmonic characteristics of dual three-phase PMSM.
