衣物洗涤过程中纤维微塑料释放的试验评估及其产生机制
Experimental evaluation and mechanism of fibrous microplastics release during laundry
【摘要】 为了全面评估衣物洗涤过程中纤维微塑料的产生并探讨其形成机制,以日常穿着的不同材质衣物为研究对象,使用家用洗衣机,在不同洗涤条件下对衣物进行洗涤,收集洗涤过程中释放的纤维微塑料,研究纤维原料、洗涤条件对纤维微塑料释放量的影响。结果表明:棉和黏胶纤维衣物释放的纤维微塑料较多,为1 000~3 900 mg/kg,聚酯类衣物的纤维微塑料释放量为400~1 000 mg/kg;不同类型衣物释放的纤维微塑料平均长度为600~1 700μm,随着洗涤温度的升高,纤维微塑料的释放量增加,平均长度变短。通过将织物摩擦过程中的质量损失率与衣物洗涤过程中纤维微塑料的释放量进行关联分析,发现两者成线性正相关,即摩擦过程中质量损失率高的织物,其衣物洗涤过程中纤维微塑料的释放量也多。
【Abstract】 To fully express the generation of fibrous microplastics during clothes washing and further explore its formation mechanism, clothes of different materials were selected as the research objects and subsequently washed under different washing conditions by a household washing machine. The fibrous microplastics produced during each washing process were collected to study the effect of fiber materials and washing conditions on the release of fibrous microplastics. The results indicate that cotton and viscose clothing release more fibrous microplastics(1 000-3 900 mg/kg) than the amount of polyester clothing(400-1 000 mg/kg) during washing, while the average length of different fibrous microplastics released by different clothing types is 600-1 700 μm. However, the release of fibrous microplastics increases and the average length becomes shorter with the increase of washing temperature. Furthermore, the mass loss rate of fabric in the friction process is linearly positively correlated with the release of fibrous microplastics in the washing process, meaning the fabric with high mass loss rate in the friction process will release more fibrous microplastics in the washing process.
