磁悬浮支撑转子系统PID寻优控制
PID Optimal Control of Magnetically Suspended Rotor System
【摘要】 建立磁悬浮支撑转子系统来代替机械轴承,旨在避免轴承受热膨胀抱死问题。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了真空泵用驱动电机的转子悬浮控制系统模型,给出了一种主动磁悬浮的PID参数寻优运算方案,依靠改进的模糊PID控制器进行动态仿真,仿真结果表明该PID寻优控制对磁轴承控制有积极的作用。
【Abstract】 A magnetic levitation support rotor system is established to replace mechanical bearings, aiming to avoid the problem of bearing locking due to thermal expansion. The rotor suspension control system model of the vacuum pump drive motor is built in MATLAB/Simulink, and a PID parameter optimization algorithm for active magnetic suspension is given. Relying on the improved fuzzy PID controller for dynamic simulation, the simulation results show that the PID optimization control has a positive effect on the magnetic bearing control.
