功率器件切换特性对变频空调电磁干扰的影响
Influence of Switching Characteristics of Power Devices on Electromagnetic Interference of Inverter Air Conditioner
【摘要】 变频空调采用电力电子变换器驱动电机,其产生的电磁干扰近年来受到关注。首先构建了变频空调系统EMI模型,在此基础上通过仿真和实验,重点研究了IGBT开关切换频率、开关切换速率和PWM调制方式对变频空调系统EMI的影响。
【Abstract】 Inverter air conditioner uses power electronic converter to drive motor, and its electromagnetic interference has attracted much attention in recent years. The EMI model of variable frequency air conditioning system is constructed. On this basis, through simulation and experiment, the effects of IGBT switching frequency, switching rate and PWM modulation on the EMI of variable frequency air conditioning system are studied.
