四川泸定6.8级地震交通系统震害调查及分析

【摘要】 2022年9月5日12时57分,四川省泸定县发生6.8级地震,经中国地震局组织专家评定,本次地震最高烈度达到Ⅸ度。截止9月11日17时,地震共造成93人遇难以及25人失联,给灾区造成了重大经济损失和人员伤亡。地震应急工作结束后,中国地震局组织专家前往灾区开展科学考察工作。文中基于现场考察数据及相关文献资料,介绍了此次地震灾区交通网络主干线路及其分布情况,概述了交通系统的总体破坏情况;通过对考察结果的梳理,总结了本次地震中道路、桥梁等交通元件的典型震害现象,分析了各类典型震害现象的形成原因。综合本次地震交通系统的总体破坏及功能损失特点,为交通系统抗震策略提出相应的思考与建议。

【Abstract】 At 12:57 on 5 September 2022,an earthquake of M_s6.8 occurred in Luding County,Sichuan Province.Assessed by experts organized by the China Earthquake Administration(CEA),the highest intensity of this earthquake reached Ⅸ degrees. By 17:00 on September 11,the earthquake had killed 93 people and left 25 missing,causing heavy economic losses and casualties in the disaster area. After the earthquake emergency rescue work,China Earthquake Administration(CEA)immediately organized experts to carry out scientific investigation work.Based on the scientific investigation results and relevant document literatures,the main lines of transportation network and their distribution in the earthquake disaster area are introduced. The overall damage states of the transportation system were summarized. By analyzing the investigation results,the typical seismic damage phenomena of roads and bridges in this earthquake are summarized,and the causes of various typical seismic damage phenomena are searched. By combing the characteristics of the overall damage and the function loss of the transportation system in this earthquake,some inspirations and suggestions were put forward for seismic protection strategy of transportation system.
