装配式钢模块柱-柱和梁-梁组合的框架结构及其抗震性能分析

【摘要】 钢模块装配式框架形成模块柱-柱和梁-梁分离的框架结构,模块之间除了节点连接之外、柱-柱和梁-梁没有连接形成结构整体的柱和梁,模块和模块协同工作并提高结构柱、梁和整体承载与抗震能力的性能没有充分利用和发挥,是这类结构仍需研究和发展的重要方面。本文提出了一种外包钢板柱-柱组合和垫板螺栓连接梁-梁组合的结构形式,并进行了设计与分析,得到简化模拟方法用于整体结构分析,为进一步研究对整体结构抗震性能的影响,设计十层模块化钢结构公寓,并进行罕遇地震动力弹塑性分析。结果表明:设计的模块化框架结构具有较好的抗震性能,钢模块柱-柱和梁-梁组合后,结构的刚度和承载力显著提高,抗震性能得到了明显的提升,能够显著的减少结构的用钢量,具有很好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The steel modular fabricated frame forms a frame structure with modular column-column and beambeam separation. Except for node connection between the modules,the column-column and beam-beam are not connected to form a structural integral column and beam. Modules and modules work together to improve the performance of structural columns,beams and overall load-bearing and seismic capacity,which is not fully utilized and exerted,and is an important aspect of research and development of such structures. This paper proposes a structural form of outsourcing steel plate column-column combination and backing plate bolted beam-beam combination,and has carried out design and analysis. A simplified simulation method is obtained for the overall structure analysis. In order to further study the impact on the seismic performance of the overall structure,a ten-story modular steel structure apartment was designed,and dynamic elastoplastic analysis of rare earthquakes was performed. The results show that the designed modular frame structure has good seismic performance. After the steel modular column-column and beam-beam combination,the rigidity and bearing capacity of the structure are significantly improved,and the seismic performance is significantly improved. It can significantly reduce the amount of steel used in the structure and reduce the cost,and has a good application prospect.
