一种糊状含碘口服对比剂在食管CT增强扫描中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨一种糊状含碘口服对比剂(碘糊)在食管CT增强扫描中的应用价值。方法 选取2004年7月至2019年12月本院收治的150例食管CT增强扫描患者,根据口服对比剂的不同分为3组,各50例。硫酸钡组采用硫酸钡溶液作为口服对比剂,碘水组采用3%的碘水作为口服对比剂,碘糊组采用3%的碘糊作为口服对比剂。比较3组图像质量。结果 碘糊组图像质量优于硫酸钡组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.32,P<0.01);碘糊组图像质量优于碘水组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=31.07,P<0.01);碘水组与硫酸钡组图像质量比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.24)。结论 在食管CT显影中,3%碘糊是一种很好的口服对比剂,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of a pasty oral contrast agent containing iodine(iodine paste) in enhanced CT scanning of the esophagus. Methods 150 patients with enhanced CT scan of the esophagus admitted to our hospital from July 2004 to December 2019 were selected and divided into 3 groups according to the difference of oral contrast agents, with 50 cases in each group. The barium sulfate group used barium sulfate solution as the oral contrast agent, the iodine water group used 3% iodine water as the oral contrast agent, and the iodine paste group used3% iodine paste as the oral contrast agent. Compare the image quality of the 3 groups. Results The image quality of the iodine paste group was better than that of the barium sulfate group, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=16.32, P<0.01); the image quality of the iodine paste group was better than that of the iodine water group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=31.07, P<0.01); There was no significant difference in image quality between the iodine water group and the barium sulfate group(χ~2=3.24). Conclusion 3% iodine paste is a good oral contrast agent in CT imaging of esophagus, which can be widely used in clinic.
