【摘要】 目的探讨甲状旁腺激素在诊断甲亢患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的70例甲亢患者作为观察组,另选取同期70名无甲亢的健康者作为对照组。收集患者临床资料,监测患者甲状腺激素及甲状旁腺激素水平。比较两组甲状腺激素水平及甲状旁腺激素水平。结果观察组甲状旁腺激素水平、促甲状腺激素均明显低于对照组,游离三碘甲状腺氨酸、三碘甲状腺氨酸、游离甲状腺素、甲状腺素均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状旁腺激素对甲亢患者诊断具有重要意义,有较好的临床参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of parathyroid hormone in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism. Methods 70 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 70 healthy patients without hyperthyroidism were selected as the control group. The clinical data of patients were collected and their thyroid hormone and parathyroid hormone levels were monitored. The levels of thyroid hormone and parathyroid hormone were compared between the two group. Results The levels of parathyroid hormone and thyroid-stimulating hormone in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of free triiodothyronine, triiodothyronine, free thyroxine and thyroxine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Parathyroid hormone is of great significance in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism and has a good clinical reference value.更多还原
