衡阳农村地区≥40岁居民代谢综合征的流行病学调查

【摘要】 目的以衡阳农村地区常住人口为研究样本通过使用流行病学的调查研究方法,分析导致代谢综合征患病的相关性影响因素。方法对2018年1月至2019年11月衡阳农村地区某社区≥40岁的450名村民进行问卷调查、人体测量及生化指标检测,并统计患病率,使用单因素和多因素Logistic回归模型分析相关危险因素。结果调查总样本(≥40岁,当地居民)为266例,其中患病人数为46例,总患病率为17.29%。其中男23例,代谢综合征患病率为24.21%;女23例,患病率为13.45%。单因素分析提示,性别、年龄、同型半胱氨酸、糖化血红蛋白、饮酒与代谢综合征密切相关(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(OR:1.048;95%CI:1.007~1.091)、糖化血红蛋白(OR:1.545;95%CI:1.215~1.964)是代谢综合征危险因素,女性(OR:0.481;95%CI:0.241~0.963)是代谢综合综保护因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论农村地区≥40岁患有代谢综合征患病率较高,应加强其危险因素的筛查及干预,降低代谢综合征患病率及其带来的心血管损害。

【Abstract】 Objective Using the resident population in rural areas of Hengyang as the research sample, through the use of epidemiological research methods, to analyze the related influencing factors leading to the occurrence of metabolic syndrome. Methods From January 2018 to November 2019, 450 villagers ≥40 years old in a rural area of Hengyang were surveyed by questionnaires, anthropometrics, and biochemical index tests, and the prevalence was calculated. The univariate and multivariate Logistic regression models were used to analyze the relevant risk factors.Results A total of 266 cases(≥40 years old + local residents) were investigated, including 46 cases of disease, and the total prevalence rate was17.29%. Among them, 23 cases of male model, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 24.12%, and 23 cases of female model, the prevalence rate was 13.45%. Univariate analysis showed sex, age, Hcy, HbA1 c, smoking, drinking, homocysteine lysine were closely related to metabolic syndrome(P<0.05); multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed: age(OR, 1.048; 95%CI, 1.007-1.091), glycated hemoglobin(OR, 1.545; 95%CI,1.215-1.964) were risk factors for metabolic syndrome, and females(OR, 0.481; 95%CI, 0.241-0.963) were comprehensive metabolic protective factors, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in rural areas over the age of ≥40 is high(17.29%), and screening and intervention of risk factors should be strengthened to reduce the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its cardiovascular damage.
