【摘要】 目的分析益肾强精方治疗不育症患者精子DNA损伤的效果。方法选取本院2020年4月至2021年3月不育症患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各45例。对照组采用维生素E胶囊治疗,观察组采用益肾强精方治疗,比较两组精子DNA碎片率和临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组精子DNA碎片率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组精子DNA碎片率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾强精方治疗不育症患者精子DNA损伤效果显著,可明显降低精子DNA碎片率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Yishen Qiangjing prescription in the treatment of sperm DNAinjury in infertile patients. Methods 90 cases of infertility from April 2020 to March 2021 were collected and divided into the control group and the treatment group by random digital table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vitamin E capsules, and the observation group was treated with Yishen Qiangjing prescription, the rate of sperm DNA fragment and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the rate of sperm DNA between the two groups before treatment; after treatment, the rate of sperm DNA fragment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 71.11% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Qiangjing prescription has significant effect on the treatment of sperm DNA injury in infertile patients, and can significantly reduce sperm DNA fragment rate, it is worthy of clinical promotation.更多还原
