下颌骨骨折内固定术中聚左旋乳酸可吸收接骨板的临床应用效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨下颌骨骨折内固定术中聚左旋乳酸可吸收接骨板的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月本院收治的下颌骨骨折患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组应用微型钛板与螺钉实施固定治疗,观察组应用聚左旋乳酸可吸收接骨板实施固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;观察组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组咀嚼效能与并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义;观察组二次手术率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下颌骨骨折内固定术中聚左旋乳酸可吸收接骨板治疗下颌骨骨折效果显著,可加快骨折愈合,减少二次手术,同时可促进患者的咀嚼功能恢复,无明显并发症,安全性较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PLA absorbable plate in the internal fixation of mandible fracture. Methods 78 cases mandible fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was fixed with micro titanium plate and screw, and the observation group was fixed with poly(L-lactic acid) absorbable plate. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups; the healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in masticatory efficacy and complication rate between the two groups; the secondary operation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PLLA absorbable plate in internal fixation of mandible fracture has definite effect,to treat mandible fracture, which can accelerate the fracture healing, reduce the second operation, and can guarantee the recovery of masticatory function without obvious complications, so it has high safety.
