【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems including complicated procedure, long production cycle, and high energy consumption existing in the current painting process for transmission box of construction machinery, different improvement schemes were proposed. A multifunctional coating with oil-resistant, rust-proof, and decorative properties was selected. Therefore, the comprehensive cost of painting was reduced as shown by simplified process flow, decreased energy consumption, and shortened production cycle.更多还原
