基于没食子酸聚乙二醇酯的锈转化剂制备及其性能
Preparation and properties of a rust converter based on polyethylene glycol ester of gallic acid
【摘要】 以没食子酸丙酯和聚乙二醇为原料,通过酯交换反应合成了没食子酸聚乙二醇酯(GA-PEG),以此作为金属离子配体制备了新型锈转化剂。利用正交试验和单因素实验考察了各组分比例、转化方法与时间等因素对锈转化膜防腐蚀性能的影响。通过质谱仪确定了合成产物的结构,使用金相显微镜表征了转化膜的形态,通过电化学阻抗谱及Tafel曲线测量研究了转化膜的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:磷酸浓度、溶剂、转化方式和转化时间对锈转化膜的性能有显著影响。最佳的锈转化剂配方(按质量分数计)为GA-PEG 30%、磷酸5%和邻苯二酚1%,使用15%乙醇溶液作为溶剂。该配方制成的转化膜平整,缓蚀效率达83.9%,性能优于以单宁酸或没食子酸为配体的配方。
【Abstract】 Polyethylene glycol ester of gallic acid(GA-PEG) was synthesized by ester exchange reaction using propyl gallate and polyethylene glycol as raw materials, and then used as metal ion ligand to prepare a novel rust converter. The effects of the components’ proportions as well as conversion method and time on the anticorrosion performance of rust conversion film were studied by orthogonal test and single-factor experiments. The product structure was confirmed by mass spectrometry, the morphology of the conversion film was characterized by metallographic microscopy, and the corrosion resistance of the conversion film was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Tafel curve measurement.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of rust conversion film was greatly affected by the contents of phosphoric acid, composition of solvent, as well as conversion method and time. The optimal composition of rust converter was 30%GA-PEG, 5% phosphoric acid, and 1% catechol calculated by mass fraction with 15% ethanol solution as solvent. The conversion film formed with this formulation was flat and had corrosion inhibition efficiency up to 83.9%, which performed better than the rust converter using tannic acid or gallic acid as ligand.
