海洋总有机碳光谱法检测技术研究现状与发展趋势

【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国工业化取得巨大成就,成为世界第一大工业国,国民经济蓬勃发展,但是随着经济的快速发展,水资源污染日益严重,水质安全事故以及污染事件频发,严重危害了人们的身体健康以及社会稳定,因此对水资源的快速监测和保护具有尤为重要的意义。总有机碳是指水体中与有机物质相关的碳元素总称,主要包括溶解或悬浮在水中的有机物,是反映水中有机物总量的综合指标,监测总有机碳含量可以快速直接反映水体受有机物污染的程度,并且结合气象等数据对我国海洋碳循环及二氧化碳排放的研究也具有参考意义。本文首先介绍海洋总有机碳检测技术研究背景,简述总有机碳各种检测方法的原理及特点,重点阐明光谱法检测总有机碳的国内外研究现状。通过实验数据表明光谱法与国标燃烧法两者的相关系数达0.99以上,证明光谱法在在线监测领域可有效地反映水体总有机碳含量的变化趋势。

【Abstract】 Since the economic reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in industrialization and has became the largest industrialized country in the world. The national economy develops vigorously. However, with the rapid economic development, the pollution of water resources has become more and more serious, and the frequent safety accidents and pollution incidents have seriously endangered people’s physical health and social stability. Therefore, the rapid monitoring and protection of water resources is of great significance. Total Organic Carbon(TOC) refers to the general term of carbon elements related to organic matter in water, which mainly include organic matter dissolved or suspended in water, and is a comprehensive indicator reflecting the total amount of organic matter in water. Monitoring the TOC can directly reflect the degree of organic pollution in the water, and it is also of reference significance for the study of Chinese ocean carbon cycle and carbon dioxide emissions with meteorological. The research background of marine total organic carbon detection technology is introduced in this paper firstly. The principles and characteristics of various detection methods is briefly described and the domestic and foreign research status of the TOC detection method based on spectroscopy is focused in this paper. The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient between spectral method and national standard combustion method is more than 0.99, which proves that spectral method could effectively reflect the change trend of TOC content in water in on-line monitoring.
