海藻酸钠复合水凝胶的制备及其对废水中铅离子的吸附性能研究

【摘要】 首先对石墨烯进行改性,合成了磺酸化石墨烯(SGO).采用共混交联的方法,将SGO加入到海藻酸钠(SA)中并以CaCl2为交联剂制备了SA/SGO复合水凝胶球.通过单因素实验研究了凝胶球对模拟废水中重金属离子(Pb2+)的去除效果,探讨了溶液pH值、金属离子初始浓度和吸附反应时间等对Pb2+吸附的影响.结果表明:SA/SGO对Pb2+的吸附是一个较快的过程,大约60 min即可达到吸附平衡,最大吸附容量为248.90 mg·g-1.SA/SGO凝胶球对Pb2+的吸附等温线遵循Langmuir模型,表明Pb2+在凝胶球上的吸附是单分子层的.此外,经过5次吸附解吸后,凝胶球对Pb2+的吸附能力仅下降了不到10%,表明SA/SGO凝胶球拥有优异的再生性能.

【Abstract】 In this paper, graphene was first modified to synthesize sulfonated graphene oxide(SGO) and then added to sodium alginate(SA) to prepare the SA/SGO composite hydrogel beads with CaCl2 as crosslinking agent.The effect of pH value, initial concentration of metal ions and adsorption time on the removal efficiency of heavy metal ions(Pb2+) in simulated wastewater was studied and discussed.The results showed that the adsorption of Pb2+ by SA/SGO composite hydrogel beads was a fast process, and the adsorption equilibrium could be reached in about 60 minutes with the maximum adsorption capacity of 248.90 mg·g-1.The adsorption isotherms of SA/SGO hydrogel beads followed the Langmuir model, indicating that the adsorption of Pb2+ on the hydrogel beads was monolayer.After 5 times of adsorption and desorption, the adsorption capacity of hydrogel beads for Pb2+ decreased by less than 10%,indicating that the SA/SGO hydrogel beads possessed excellent regeneration performance.
