【摘要】 文中依据精准的降雨数值预报和完善的河库洪水预报方案,在洪水预报系统中,结合河道的行洪能力和水库调度运用计划,兼顾水库蓄水兴利等因素,分析研究辽河流域河库预报调度一体化模型,有效制定了辽河、浑河、太子河河库联合调度预案。该方案使洪水灾害损失最低,洪水资源化利用率最高,为防洪减灾决策提供支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, based on precise numerical forecast rainfall and perfect river-reservoir flood forecasting scheme, in the flood forecasting system, the combination of river flood discharge capacity and reservoir operation plan, both reservoirs storage, profit and other factors, such as the analysis and study of Liaohe River Basin forecast operation integration model, effectively develops the joint operation plan of Liaohe River, Hunhe River, Taizihe River.
