【摘要】 在对西藏日喀则和林芝地区进行丛枝菌根真菌资源调查过程中，通过诱导培养和单胞扩繁获得两个丛枝菌根真菌菌种，其中一个菌种从马蔺(Iris lactea Pall. var.chinensis(Fisch.) Koidz.)根围土中分离，另一个菌种从血满草(Sambucus adnata Wall. ex DC.)和小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)根围土中分离。通过形态学特征鉴定和28S rRNA部分序列系统发育分析，分别鉴定为印度多氏囊霉(Dominikia indica)和异形根孢囊霉(Rhizophagus irregularis),均为中国新记录种。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the investigation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi resources in Xigaze and Nyingchi, Tibet, two arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species were obtained by inductive culture and single spore propagation. One of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species was isolated from Iris lactea pall. var. chinensis(Fisch.) Koidz. and another species was isolated from rhizosphere soil of Sambucus adnata Wall. ex DC. and Triticum aestivum L.. Based on morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of partial 28 S rRNA sequences, the two species were identified as Dominikia indica and Rhizophagus irregularis, respectively, which were newly recorded in China.更多还原
