档案事业发展规划中数字转型任务要求的对比分析及启示

【摘要】 规划作为档案事业发展趋势和未来动向的集中体现，受到档案学界和业界的广泛关注。文章聚焦档案管理数字转型，在分析美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、中国及中国各省等档案事业发展规划中数字转型任务要求的基础上，从空间维度、时间维度和层级维度展开多维对比分析，提出“积极应对变化、多方协作治理”“构建面向用户的档案在线利用服务体系”“培育档案工作者数据素养”等我国档案信息化建设的优化路径和发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the concentrated expression of the development trend of archival area, Archives plan has attracted extensive attention from archival academia and profession. This paper focuses on the digital transformation of records and Archives management. Based on the analysis of the digital transformation requirements in the archival undertaking development plan of the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China and its provinces,this paper carries out a multi-dimensional analysis from the dimensions of space, time and hierarchy. And this paper puts forward the optimization path and development direction of China’s Archives digital transformation, such as ’Actively responding to changes, multi-party cooperative governance’, ’constructing user-oriented online utilization service system of Archives resources’ and ’cultivating archivists’ data literacy’.更多还原
