【摘要】 安徽省在2020年4月29日发布政府公告，宣布全省31个贫困县(区)全部摘帽，彻底解决绝对贫困问题。但是“十四五”期间的扶贫攻坚仍然任重而道远。结合安徽省的实际情况，本文提出构建含有：与中央政策保持一致；建立党、政府和社会协同扶贫体系；构建医疗、教育、住房等普惠扶贫方略；防范“返贫”,完善动态预警机制；建立科学的监督考评体系等内容的扶贫长效机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was announced that we have eliminated poverty in 31 poor counties in Anhui and solved the problem of absolute poverty in the report on the work of the Anhui government on April 29 th, 2020. However, there is still a long way to go for poverty alleviation during the period of the 14 th Five-year Plan. Combined with the actual situation of Anhui Province, this paper puts forward such suggestions as consisting with the central government policies, establishing the cooperative poverty alleviation system between the party, the government and the society to improve medical care, education and housing, preventing the "return to poverty", optimizing the dynamic early warning mechanism, and establishing a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation with scientific supervision and evaluation system.更多还原
