【摘要】 目的：总结单孔胸腔镜下T3联合T4交感神经切断术治疗原发性手汗症的临床经验及术中特殊情况的处理方法。方法：回顾性分析行单孔胸腔镜下T3联合T4交感神经切断术治疗157例手汗症患者的临床资料，观察并记录患者手术效果及随访情况。结果：157例患者手掌及腋窝多汗症状均有不同程度缓解，全组手术时间(62.11±27.80) min,术中出血(18.17±23.10) mL,总住院时间(3.00±1.65) d,术后出现气胸14例(8.91%),其中4例严重气胸，予以胸腔闭式引流后恢复正常，术后随访均无复发。结论：单孔胸腔镜下T3联合T4交感神经切断术治疗原发性手汗症疗效可靠、符合美容要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of T3 combined with T4 sympathectomy by uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis and the handling of special circumstances during the operation. Methods: Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 157 patients with hand hyperhidrosis treated by uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic T3 combined with T4 sympathectomy, observe and record the operation-related data and follow-up of the patients. Results: All 157 patients had varying degrees of palmar and axillary hyperhidrosis relief, with an operation time of(62.11±27.80) min, intraoperative bleeding(18.17±23.10) mL, and a total hospital stay of(3.00±1.65) days. 14 patients(8.91%) developed pneumothorax after surgery, of which 4 patients with severe pneumothorax, which returned to normal after closed thoracic drainage, and there was no recurrence during postoperative follow-up. Conclusion: Uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic T3 combined with T4 sympathectomy for the treatment of primary hand hyperhidrosis is effective and aesthetic.更多还原
