【摘要】 目的：分析评价红细胞Rh表型同型输注的输血疗效。方法：回顾性分析161例输血患者临床资料，共输血391次，根据有无进行Rh(CcEe)同型输注分为同型输注组和配合型输注组，比较2组输血疗效。结果：同型输注组输注有效率明显高于配合型输注组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随输注次数增加，同型输注组有效率未发生明显降低(P>0.05),而配合型输注组输注无效率明显增高(P<0.05);≥4次输血，同型输注组输注有效率较配合型输注组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论：红细胞Rh表型同型输注能提高反复输血患者的输血效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of red blood cell transfusion with Rh homotype. Methods: A total of 161 transfusion patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 391 times of blood transfusions were performed. According to whether or not Rh(CcEe) homotype transfusion, they were divided into the homotype transfusion group and the matched type of transfusion group. Results: The effective rate of the homotype transfusion group was significantly higher than that of the matched type transfusion group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). With the increase in transfusion times, the effective rate of the homotype transfusion group did not decrease significantly(P>0.05), while the ineffective rate of the matched transfusion group was significantly higher(P<0.05). ≥4 times of transfusion, the infusion efficiency in the homotype transfusion group was significantly higher than that in the matched transfusion group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Red blood cell transfusion with Rh phenotype homotype can improve the infusion effect in patients with repeated blood transfusion.更多还原
