生源多样化背景下高职思想政治理论课教学改革路径研究

Research on Teaching Reform Path of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Diversified Students

【摘要】 百万扩招政策的实施让高职院校生源出现多元化、能力层次化、需求多样化和评价差异化等新特征。调查发现,当前高职院校高度重视思想政治理论课建设,其教学改革成效明显、教学质量稳步提升;但也存在教学深度待提升、教学手段待丰富和教育评价待完善等问题,提出通过深化教育教学改革、构建科学评价体系、注重课程教学诊断和改进等措施,进一步提升思想政治理论课教学质量。

【Abstract】 The implementation of the policy of expanding enrollment by one million makes the students in higher vocational college appear some characteristics such as diversified sources, hierarchical ability, diversified demand and differentiated evaluation. The survey finds that higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the construction of ideological and political theory course, and their teaching reform has achieved remarkable results and the teaching quality has been steadily improved. However, there are still some problems to be improved, such as teaching profoundity, teaching means and educational evaluation. It is proposed that the teaching quality of Ideological and political theory course should be further improved by deepening education and teaching reform, constructing a scientific evaluation system, paying attention to curriculum teaching diagnosis and improvement of course teaching.
