【Abstract】 By sorting out and summarizing the rich connotations of the thought of “spleen transportation lying in regulating rather than nourishing the organ”,the paper comes to a conclusion that the frequent insufficiency of the spleen in children does not necessarily mean its deficiency by discussing the relationship between regulating the spleen and nourishing it,and by arguing that reinforcing its transportation function is the treatment principle of spleen and stomach diseases in children,with a view of further guiding the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.It is argued that the key to its pathogenesis lies in water-damp diffusing downward due to the dysfunction of spleen in transportation,and its treatment should be based on the methods of regulating the spleen,respectively by removing pathogens,dissipating damp,resolving food stagnation and benefiting qi based on a specific syndrome differentiation.更多还原
