【摘要】 目的 探究清肺养脾汤治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效，分析患者治疗前后免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平变化。方法 选择社区获得性肺炎患者62例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各31例。对照组采用西药常规治疗，观察组采用清肺养脾汤联合西药治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状体征体温稳定时间、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间、胸部CT炎症吸收时间；检测2组治疗前后血清中IgA、IgM水平；比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率(96.77%，30/31)高于对照组(83.87%，26/31)(P<0.05)，与对照组比较，观察组体温稳定时间、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间、胸部CT炎症吸收时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。2组治疗后，血清IgA、IgM水平均比治疗前升高(P<0.05)，观察组血清IgA、IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清肺养脾汤辅助西药治疗社区获得性肺炎，临床疗效及安全性较好，可明显缩短病程，降低患者血清IgA、IgM水平，改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstarct: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Yangpi Decoction in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia, and to analyze the level changes of immunoglobulin A(IgA) and immunoglobulin M(IgM) before and after treatment. Methods A total of 62 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 31 cases in each. The control group was treated with the conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Qingfei Yangpi Decoction combined with the western medicine. The clinical efficacy, the symptoms, signs and body temperature stabilization time, the disappearance time of cough and pulmonary rales, and the absorption time of chest CT inflammation were compared between the two groups. The serum IgA and IgM levels were detected in the two groups before and after treatment. The adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96.77%, 30/31) was higher than that in the control group(83.87%, 26/31)(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the stabilization time of body temperature, the disappearance time of cough and lung rales, and the absorption time of chest CT inflammation in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IgA and IgM in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P <0.05). After treatment, the serum IgA and IgM levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Yangpi Decoction combined with western medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia, which can significantly shorten the disease course, decrease the levels of serum IgA and IgM, and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
