【摘要】 以某企业玉米收获机驾驶室分装线为研究对象，针对其生产能力不均衡、节拍不匹配等问题，通过约束理论分析找出分装线瓶颈工序，根据精益生产的ECRS分析方法提出优化方案，从而提高分装线瓶颈工序的生产能力，满足总装配线的生产节拍要求。通过驾驶室分装线改善前后的平衡率对比，验证了优化方案的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research object of this paper is the corn harvester cab supackage production line of a company. Aiming at some problems, for example, unbalanced production capacity, takt mismatching, use TOC to find the bottleneck process of subpackage production lines. According to the ECRS analysis of lean production, put forward the optimization scheme to improve production capacity of the bottleneck process and meet the production takt Requirements the general assemble line.
