附着力拉开法评价非织造布覆膜牢度的适用性研究

【摘要】 覆膜非织造布的种类、应用领域越来越广泛,覆膜牢度是其重要的质量指标。覆膜牢度对产品的耐用性和稳定性起决定性作用,但现有的评价方法有一定的局限性。通过收集不同种类的覆膜非织造布,采用拉开法测试附着力,评价覆膜牢度,并分析样品的应力-应变曲线变化趋势。结果表明:拉开法适用于测定不同应用领域、覆膜种类的非织造布。通过探究圆形平盘直径、拉伸速度等参数对试验结果的影响,确定测试时优选圆形平盘直径为30 mm、拉伸速度为100 mm/min。

【Abstract】 The types and applications fields of film-coated nonwovens were more and more extensive, and the film fastness was an important quality index. The film fastness played a decisive role in the durability and stability of the product, but the existing evaluation methods had some limitations. By collecting different kinds of film-coated nonwovens, the adhesion was tested by pull-out method, the film fastness was evaluated, and the variation trend of the stress-strain curve of the samples was analyzed. The results showed that the pull-out method was suitable for the determination of nonwovens with different applications and film types. By exploring the influence of parameters such as the diameter of the circular flat disk and the tensile speed on the test results, the diameter of the circular flat disk was 30 mm and the tensile speed was 100 mm/min preferably.
