茶树抗寒机制研究进展与展望
Progress and Prospective of Cold Resistance Mechanism in Tea Plant
【摘要】 低温是影响茶树生长发育、产量、种植范围和茶叶品质的重要环境胁迫之一。茶树的低温胁迫主要分为越冬期胁迫和芽萌发以后的“倒春寒”胁迫两种。在遭受低温胁迫时,茶树会在细胞学、生理学、分子等方面发生相应的响应以应对低温的影响。本文简要综述了茶树抗寒的机制研究进展,特别是最新的分子机制研究进展,并提出了下一步工作重点,以期为相关研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Low temperature is one of the most important environmental stresses,which affects the growth and development and geographical distribution of tea plant (Camellia sinensis (L.) O.Kuntze),the yield and quality of tea.The cold stress of tea plant can be mainly classified as overwintering stress and “late spring cold” after tea bud sprouting.To cope with cold stress,tea plant has evolved cellular,physiological,and molecular adaptations.In this review,we briefly summarize the progress of cold resistance mechanism of tea plant,especially the latest progress of the molecular mechanism.Furthermore,we put forward the key points of cold resistance mechanism of tea plant in future work to provide reference for the related research.
