汝城白毛茶叶片特征研究
Research on Leaf characteristics of Rucheng Baimaocha
【摘要】 通过直接观测、石蜡切片、扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜等手段及技术,对汝城白毛茶的叶片形态、外表皮和内部结构等特征进行研究。结果表明,该品种叶面积平均值为30.1 cm~2,属于大叶种;叶形指数平均值为2.8,为长椭圆形。叶质厚且硬脆,叶面微隆起,其芽叶肥硕,茸毛密且较长,百芽重121.3 g;茸毛以芽头最密,随成熟度的增加而减少,十分具有代表性。下表皮的气孔数量多于上表皮,是典型的异面叶。不同成熟度叶片内部的上下表皮厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织和海绵组织的厚度和层数均存在差异。叶片特征的研究不仅为汝城白毛茶的基础理论研究积累资料,而且将为该品种的开发利用提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,through direct observation,paraffin section technology,scanning electron microscope and optical microscope and other techniques,the characteristics of the morphology,outer epidermis and internal structure of tea leaves from ‘Rucheng Baimaocha’ have been studied.The results showed that the average leaf area of this variety was 30.1 cm~2,which belongs to the large-leaf species,and the average leaf shape index was 2.8,which was oblong.The leaves were thick and hard and brittle,and the leaf surface is slightly raised.The buds and leaves are plump,dense and long.The weight of 100 buds was 121.3 g.The trichome density reached the highest on the bud surface.The stomata were mainly distributed in the epidermis,which was a typical bifacial leaf.There are differences in the thickness of the upper epidermis,the thickness of the stratum corneum,the thickness and the number of layers of the palisade tissue and the sponge tissue inside the leaves.The study of leaf characteristics would not only accumulate data for the basic theoretical research of ‘Rucheng Baimaocha’,but also provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of this variety.
