基于超声技术的先进耐磨材料ZM4-13无损表征

【摘要】 矿用刮板输送机及转载机中板的磨损影响煤矿开采的效率和安全。以中煤张家口煤矿机械有限责任公司新研制的耐磨钢ZM4-13为试验材料,采用友联PXUT-280型数字超声波检测仪进行超声检测,用M-2000环块磨损试验机进行干滑动摩擦磨损试验,并通过倒置显微镜进行金相分析。研究结果表明,10Z6N探头对ZM4-13不同热处理状态的试样测试出的声速结果中,声速分散的有正火与低温回火,能够将退火处理单独的区分出来,而正火与低温回火能归为一类,淬火、中温回火和高温回火归为一类,因此声速法可以将不同处理后的材料进行粗略区分。

【Abstract】 The wear of the middle plate of mine scraper conveyor and transfer machine affects the efficiency and safety of coal mining. Taking the wear resistant steel ZM4-13 newly developed by Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd as the test material, ultrasonic testing was carried out with Youlian PXUT-280 digital ultrasonic tester, dry sliding friction and wear test was carried out with M-2000 ring block wear tester, and metallographic analysis was carried out by inverted microscope. The results show that among the sound velocity results measured by 10Z6N probe for ZM4-13 samples under different heat treatment conditions, normalizing and low temperature tempering can be distinguished separately, while normalizing and low temperature tempering can be classified into the same category, quenching, medium temperature tempering and high temperature tempering are classified into the same category, so the sound velocity method can roughly distinguish the materials after different treatment.
