开关磁阻电机APC调速控制策略研究
【摘要】 开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor,SRM)的定子和转子呈双凸极结构,其电磁特性具有高度的非线性,因此调速控制存在一定困难。为进行SRM调速控制,文章分析APC运行时开通角和关断角对相电流的影响,据此提出一种开关磁阻电机APC调速控制策略,利用开通角的调节实现电机转速稳定,减小非线性因素对调速的影响。在MATLAB/Simulink软件中搭建换相逻辑控制,功率变换器等模块,实现转速闭环控制。给出APC稳态运行时,电机相电流、转矩波形,通过仿真波形验证所提出的开通角稳速控制策略的有效性。
【Abstract】 The stator and rotor of switched reluctance motor(SRM) are a doubly salient structure, and its electromagnetic characteristics are highly nonlinear, so there are some difficulties in speed control. In order to carry out SRM speed control, this paper analyzes the influence of turn-on angle and turn-off angle on phase current when APC is running, and puts forward an APC speed control strategy of switched reluctance motor, which uses the adjustment of turn-on angle to stabilize motor speed and reduces the influence of nonlinear factors on speed regulation. The modules such as commutation logic control and power converter are built in MATLAB/Simulink software, and the speed closed-loop control is realized. The phase current and torque waveforms of the motor during the steady-state operation of APC are given, and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation.
