【摘要】 该文以国内外创新创业导师建设研究为背景，以教育心理学相关理论、人本管理理论、人性假设Y理论为理论依据，调查大学创新创业导师投入现状，分析存在的问题，并提出相应的改进措施。从建立导师团队、夯实导师创新创业理论、加强导师心理辅导和培训、增强导师创新创业能力、加强导师管理考核、激励导师、综合评价等方面建立相应制度，确立创新创业导师的影响机制。更多还原
